Can I return a product?
Yes, but the return process only applies if your product arrives with a defect or, for example, damage due to shipping. You must send an email explaining your situation so that we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Shipments are made via Registered CTT, which will allow you to track the status of your order. We will send you a shipping confirmation email as well as the shipping code.
We currently ship to Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, UK, USA and Canada.
